Save 1/2 " x 4 1/2" strips. You need about 250-280. When you have enough, just tie around an 8" metal wreath circle. I'm collecting my strips. When I get mine done, I'll post a photo. My Mom used to make these!

I used to see them with ends of strips poked into foam wreath shapes.
