Ah, now I know why I have so many projects started. When one isn't going well, I just pick up another.

I agree - I consider a seam ripper 'my friendly enemy'

I also agree with - after three times undoing a seam - that spot on the fabric has been very weakened - if no more fabric is available to cut a new piece (and maybe the piece was cut wrong to start with) , I'll put fray check (or something similar) on that area.

I have found the right seam ripper makes it less painful to rip! I love the clover seam ripper. So I guess I don't mind ripping too much. It is frustrating when you have to rip it more than once though.

Thanks every one needed a pick me up or to just vent.Took advice and didnt work on it yesterday at all made good fatting cream puffs o so good . Love the poster from auntpiggylpn to cute.
