I would like to sign up for the Secret Quilting Angel Swap but I can't find where to sign up. Can someone quide me in the right direction?

The sign up ended in Dec 09 and it lasts for a year...I am not sure whether it will be continued or not. Check in Dec in the Swaps section :D:D:D
