I visited the Quilt shop "Sew Bee It." It was destroyed by the tornado in April. I did not get to see it before then. They have recently opened again and I cannot tell you how beautiful it is.

They had quilts hanging on the wall with notes attached telling you whether or not the Quilt had survived the tornado. It really brought tears to my eyes thinking about being a survivor.

If you have not been the quilt shop is within a mile of I-75 in Ringgold, Ga about 40 miles south of Chattanooga, TN. about 100 miles North of Atlanta. It would be worth a trip. I promise.

I am glad you liked it. The ladies that work there are wonderful and very helpful. I am so thrilled that they are back on their feet again. I lived in Chattanooga for about 6 years and visited this place just a few times  I went through the area in July on my way back from MN to SC and it was heartbreaking then to see all the destruction, but I was so pleased to see they were in the process of rebuilding.

I have family in Ringgold and they have been holding out. A nice LQS right near them and they did not tell me. Glad to hear things are starting to come back together for them.

Let's see, hey there, haven't seen you in a while. Sure, I can come visit, hey, while we are there I hear there is a cool quilt shop near by......;) :D

I live in MN and I was at the old one. I was with Julie when she went through there after the storm and I am glad to hear that they are now open again. Very nice place and people.
