I have a new Juki and Gracie II frame and I can"t get the machine to act right with the stitch regulator it goes real fast, I can't figure how to slow it down and I can't find a website to help me any ideas? I am about to cry. :(

check to see if they have a yahoo group, is it a grace SR or Juki?

chichimamma 03-23-2011 08:53 AM

Check the plugs from the encoders to the regulator. It sounds like one of plugs came loose and isn't plugged in all the way. Also check the plugs at the encoder ends, as well.

Yahoo has a group called *GraceMachineFrames* Give it a search to join. Lots of good information there.
