I have a stack n whack cut years ago I need to sew.
Its cut in triangle but need to get bkg to make sq.
Was wondering if I could put cubes in this?
I have the cubed book.
Thanks Gale

Stack and whack is shaped differently from OBW, although they are both kaleidoscope variations. The cubes are from the OBW, not stack & whack. I don't know if they will mix. Stack & whack blocks are squares, and OBW blocks are hexagons.

Trace out your shape (hex, square, ect), and draft your own cube, it is really easy. JUst look at a picture and make your "bars" about 1" wide, notice color placement, ect. No reason not to do this just because you do not have a pattern handy.

It is my understanding that one block wonder blocks are made from equilateral triangles - all the angles are the same. 60, 60, and 60 degrees.

The stack and whack ones have pieces that have a 45 degree angle where they come together in the center.

Stack and whack are sewn together as a full block, one block wonder is sewn together with just half and then joined at an angle. At least the ones I did were.
