Is there a list anywhere that tells what all the initials stand for? I''ve figured some out-FQ for fat quarter, FMQ for free motion quilting, but lots of them are stumping me. I've looked around the site but haven't found a 'key' or anything. Is there one somewhere? Thanks.

I saw one once but I don't remember where. And I have the same problem...I don't get most of them either :-)

Although not a complete list (but it's a starting point for you) - here are some various terms often used on here (and always feel free to chime in on a thread where one is used and you have no idea what it is):
DH Dear Husband (Sometimes also Damn or Darn husband) DD Dear Daughter DS Dear Son MIL Mother-In-Law SIL Usually Sister-in-Law, but could also be Son-in-Law FIL You guessed it, Father-in-Law BF Boyfriend, or BestFriend QR Quilt Related LQS Local Quilt Store/Shop NQR Not Quilt Related FQ Fat Quarter BOM Block of the Month BOB Beginner's Only Block (swap) Squishie Envelopes filled with swap fabric/blocks (squishy is the way they feel) Siggies Squares of fabric with signatures and often other info written on them. (Often included in swap blocks) Charms Small pieces of fabric, either squares or sometimes hexagons, all different fabrics. (Charm quilts are usually made up of all squares or hexagons with each fabric being different.) Quilt Candy Small charm pieces of fabric folded up to look like candy. YoYo A circle of fabric, with a 1/8" Seam Allowance, turned down, and stitched with a long running stitch, which is then gathered up to form a little puffy circle. This is then usually flattened a bit. Often used for flowers in applique, but an entire quilt can be made from YoYos. TOT Tone On Tone (A print that has a background color and an allover print of the same color but a different hue/shade) WOF Width Of Fabric = That is, the width of the fabric from one selvage to another, usually between 40-45" for quilter's fabric. WOW White On White (Same as TOT but all Whites) HST Half Square Triangle (one square from the outcome when you take two equal sized squares, draw a diagonal line on wrong side of one, put them right sides together, and sew 1/4" away from diagonal line on both sides, then cut on diagonal line.)
