I found a quilting frame and machine on craigslist. I'm still inquiring about it...any way its a singer industrial machine on a gammill frame. My question is can I add a stitch regulator to this machine?

I would contact the manufacturer of the machine AND the manufacturer of the stitch regulator.

Check with the manufacturer. The machine would need to be a computerized model to use a stitch regulator. If it's a mechanical model, you're not likely to find one.

I did a little more research after posting this topic and its a no. But I'm still buying the machine and the frame its to good of a deal. They threw in seven boxes of fabric and notions, a craft table, and a roll of batting. Now get this $200, yes only 2 zeros.
