Strongest thread?(with same thickness)...........

I currently use Gutermann 100% polyester thread and have been looking around for stronger thread of the same thickness. Do they make such a thing?

It's for an on the road kit for my car. Just looking around having fun making my kit better for the same size.

When I want a stronger thread I buy buttonhole thread or jean thread but it is thicker than regular thread.

Thanks for the help guys. I went to the store and played around with lots of threads. I did find upholstery thread, but then I noticed right next to it is this stuff called, "Outdoor" thread by Coats&Clark which is slightly thinner, but way stronger than the normal stuff. As far as I could tell it was about the same strength.

for my travel sewing/hand sewing I use silk thread- 50 wt. sew's so smoothly- very strong, smooth, less tangling, easy to thread the needle- I love using silk thread for my hand sewing projects. I have silk threads in a vast amount of colors from YLI, Clover and Tire brand from Superior Threads
