I am always looking for tips and tricks and most of the time you can find a substitute in some store for a much more expensive specialized tool.

I bought the $20 one that you have to tape to the table. Not magnetic like the more expensive one.
I have only tried it once and really didnt see any difference than without it. But I am wrestling with an acrylic table that the quilt keeps catching on the edge and corner.

What is the size of the slider? Thanks. Suz

Mine is about the size of a sheet of notebook paper. 8 1/2 X 11
