I ran into pictures of a bunch of these and just loved the look. Can anyone steer me towards a lesson for making them? I thought I would try making a block for the learners quilt with this type of pattern. But I'm not sure how to do them. Are they done the same as stained glass? TIA for any information.

I saw a book at Joanns fabric when I was browsing and dreaming about what I could make. sorry not much help.

That's the website that got me so excited. So it's pieced or kind of a sash technique that she uses. It sure comes out pretty.
