I am so sorry about your accident and injury. Thanks for posting a reminder for me. I too often stand on chairs.
Hoping you have a speedy recovery.

Sure sorry this happened to you. :(
Falling is something I worry about all the time. BTDT, just haven't broken anything, yet.

Hope you can spend this time taking good care of yourself (and maybe perusing your quilt books for new ideas).

I have missed you posting your beautiful quilt tops. I hope you heal real fast. I have fairly low ceilings and just a one step step stool is all I need in most of the house. I'm 5' 7", not too short. I don't like bottom cabinets very much and only put big things in them.

I hope you heal quickly, and thanks for the warning. I always stand on chairs. I think it may be time for me to stop...

Very sorry to hear about your accident!!! Yes, please be safe everyone!! Find a small step ladder (either new or used)... the ones with something to hold on to!! When teaching science safety I told students so many times, "Accidents happen when you're doing what you are supposed to do!!"

Oh...and please follow through with your physical therapy on that wrist!! Not fun, but so important!!!

Sorry to hear of your accident.

It seems like we always make things worse for ourselves when we hurry. I'm bad about being too lazy to get out the step stool so I teeter around on a chair. One day I'll end up paying the piper.

Oh, I am so sorry for you. I hope you find something you can do to pass the time while you are getting better. Hope your healing goes good and fast.

Oh no! Now that I am older I do not ever cut corners when it comes to safety. I have to make myself slow down and do things right, not fast. It's hard to think I'm getting to that age but it's reality.
