I had always done shift work while Nursing, so I know how you feel. I used to get my most quilting done during the morning before I went in for a split shift. I always liked to sew for an hour or two while the laundry was doing it's own thing, and that way I was basically relaxing before I went to work. By the time I got home...forget it... I was too wound up from work and had too many other things to do.
