Turnover triangles - what are they?

Saw a pattern on FaveQuilts and it called for turnover triangles. What is that - I couldn't find that on the website so don't know what size they are. Any ideas?

According to the Moda Bake shop, they are 6" HST and there is 80 in a package. http://www.modabakeshop.com/p/bakery.html

Turnovers are one of Moda's pre-cuts and they are 6" triangles.
