Who has tips on how to end the UFOs? I have many and am always getting the other. I would love to help. :-(

Can you figure out why you stopped working on them? For myself mine are when I run into a problem, don't like the pattern/fabric/way they go together, or I don't enjoy the process (paper piecing). This may let you know why you are not completing them. Good luck!!!

Maybe do a swap with some local quilters. Everyone brings in a UFO they have and swap it.

What if you alternate a UFO with other projects? I find that when I get back to a UFO, it's usually not such a big deal to finish it.

You need a "rewards program" to get them done. Promise a treat to yourself when you finish...some fabric or quilty gadget you've been wanting. :)

I think the UFO swap sounds like a great idea.

decide each time you want to sew that you have to finish one thing before starting another.

I do two probjects at a time. Many people can't concentrate on two things at the same time, but it works really well for me.

The tips are great, I'll try. Thank you all.

Our group had us sign up the quilts we wanted to get finished, no matter how far along they were done. Then we set a finish date and we all brought our finished UFO's for all to see!
