I recently posted a picture of a quilt I made for "Caden's Carnival." It is a fundraiser for CDH. I had requests to let you know how it went. People bought tickets for all items donated. You then put your ticket in a box in front of what item you hoped to win. I am sooo happy to say that the paternal grandmother of "Caden", the little guy that passed away from CDH, is the one that won the quilt. She wanted it so bad. I know she bought a bunch of tickets becaue she really wanted this quilt. She gave me a big hug and thanked me for donating it. I had even had my daughter put her name in it. I thought if my daughter won, I would just give it to the grandmother. For those of you that donate, you know what a wonderful feeling all this is. Already thinking of what to do for next years event.

I can see why she wanted it. That was very nice of you to donate to a worthy cause.
