I am working on my first wall hanging and have some ideas on how I would like to hang it. I am thinking of possibly a tab-top type of valance so that I could slide a wrought iron curtain rod through it. I've seen the sleeve-type attachment, but not much else. PLEASE provide pics and ideas. All input is welcome.

Here is an example of a tab top type.

I used a manzanita branch

I cut 2 4" squares, fold in half press, then baste to the top corners, then put the binding on, to hang you can stick a dowel of some kind in and hang on picture hangers.
