warm'n'natural and potato bag lining
 

I've look at both products and the difference (besides price) is not jumping out at me. I made some of those fabric microwave bowl holders with Warm'n'natural last year for Christmas and am wondering if I should use the potato bag stuff. I haven't have problems with my bowl and have heard of no problems with the ones I gave away. Thanks!

OK....went upstairs and got my package of "Warm Tater" by the company that makes warm and natural. The Package says "100% natural cotton...nver made with glues or chemically treated..." I think that says it all !!! to my understanding there are glues and 'other stuff' in the regular Warm and Natural products....when you are dealing with food and heat, I personally would only use the Warm Tater batting created for the reason.....

W&N also says that it uses no chemicals, glues, or resins. I don't see the difference either...

OK...so I emailed The Warm Company, maker of Warm and Natural...and this was their response
" Thanks for your interest in Warm Tater and Warm & Natural. Warm & Natural is 4 ounces per square yard of 100% natural cotton fiber needle punched into a thin polypropylene scrim that holds the fiber together instead of using glue or resin. The scrim helps the batting drape well and allows Warm & Natural to be quilted or tied up to 10” apart. Warm Tater is 6 ounces per square yard of 100% natural cotton needled into itself using barbed needles that entangle the cotton together. Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance. So the W&N has a scrim and is thinner than the WT which is thicker and no scrim....
