Does anyone know the latest on the weather/flooding forecast during the Paducah quilt show?

What a horrible time to have such rough weather!

Wonder if that means fewer people will be attending?

H_ll or high water stop thousands of dedicated quilters? LOL. As long as no one is hurt, let the show go on.

I am leaving for Paducah in the morning - have to take the northern route there as the southern route that we usually take is flooded. Our DD lives in Paducah - so FREE ROOM AND BOARD - LOL. She lives about a mile from Hancocks of Paducah - WOOOOHOOOO! PADUCAH HERE WE COME!!!!!

Edited to add - our DD works as a reporter for the Paducah Sun and she is responsible for the special Quilt section in today's paper! Can't wait to see it tomorrow.

Sure hope the rain stops. All you ladies that are going, be careful out on the roads.

That picture is scary!! I hope the rain stops before the water reaches any further inland. I hope everyone stays safe!!
