I am going to be making a Japanese Quilt. I am sewing together a light color pink to a black fabric. What color of thread should I use to sew it together? :roll:

gray seems to blend with most things. many quilters use that color to piece.

This is what I would suggest also.

I would suggest grey too.

I think most use grey although my go to thread has always been gold. Many japanese/oriental themed fabrics have gold guilded outlining. It's simply a matter of preference. I look forward to seeing your Japanese Quilt!
