Simply Quilts hasn't been showing at 8am here on the west coast the last couple of days as it usually has. The HGTV website is still indicating daily episodes at 8, but I am only geting home decorating. I know the show had been canceled and was only broadcasting reruns, but I am missing my morning indulgence and coffee break!

It comes on here on CST at 7 am. I didn't get an episode today, but it shows on the cable schedule to be coming on T-F. I'll let you know tomorrow if what records is actually Simply Quilts. I don't mind them all being reruns. I know I've seen some of them multiple times, but I still pick up something I didn't notice, or I just enjoy them again.

On the east coast it shows at 4:30 am a couple days a week...I have it set to record automatically....but, I've been known to be up that early sewing away...

It came on here at 7am untill last Friday, now all I get is home decorating shows also. Man that was my morning quilt fix before I had to go to work. :cry:

I live in the Mt Zone and she comes on at 6AM. The last couple of weeks on Mondays she has not been on. I guess I will find out in the morning if she is still around.

Ok, She was on this morning. (Central Time Zone at 7am) YEA--Alex and my morning coffee good way to start the day!!!!!!

I too noticed that Simply Quilts was not on tv. I have directv and I have noticed that on monday and friday it doesn't air. Same with Room by Room. All the Decorating Cents and Designed to Sell is usually on.

I used to watch Fons and Porter that came on at 1pm and Kaye Wood quilting, but am having such a hard time finding them anymore. Sometimes I will catch them on at 6am on saturday morning.

I think they're monkeying with the schedule. I was getting it M-Th at 7 am CST. This week it's scheduled Tu-F, same time slot. It did come on today...it was an applique' show.

I've noticed that they only showed 4 episodes the last couple of weeks also - at 5 am Pacific time here. (Thanks TiVo!) I used to watch lots of stuff on HGTV, but now it's pretty much the same show on all the time - "Buy a House", "Decorate a room", "Sell a house". Hardly any crafting shows of ANY time, and not any NEW ones at all. Bah Humbug on HGTV! :thumbdown:
