a few people in chat are talking abt another group called quilters sanctuary
what is this about........newsletter was mentioned.....is it something new.....can someone fill us all in :roll: :!: :?: :?: :?:

I think I have caused this confusion, when I joined this group I think I also must have joined a group called ufo quilters. For the two or three months I have been a member I have been getting e -mails from ufo quilters and thought it was all the same group, I know its and age thing, so when I got an email saying that the site was changing to quilters santuary I thought it was this one, follow me so far, I joined and sure enough the same people were there, however , looking back I never came across the main letter writers on this board which I did think rather strange.
I am very sorry for any confusion, I feel very silly, but I am so glad that this board will be staying the same as I have made so many friends and have got a lot of inspiration from the lovely members.

Hi Ladies,

I was directed to this thread by a friend who came across it. Im Gimpy Cat (Helen) from the UFO group Maxies2 was reffereing to. Im also the person who got the Quilters Sanctuary board up and running, it was done to help merge two groups of quilters orphaned by the chaos at BHG and Fons & Porter. Just wanted to say you are all welcome to come take a peep at the "new kid on the block" so to speak. You seem to have a lovely group here.
