When I cut with my rotary cutter I get very fine slivers of fabric that peel off. It's messy, and I think it means either the blade or the plastic holder is warped. One of you must know what is wrong.

Did you try putting a new blade it in??

Is it possible that you have more than one blade in your cutter???
Only cut once, don't roll back and forth. If you need to go over your cut more than once, your blade is not sharp enough!

You probably have two blades in it.

I agree with Jim's Gem and I have done that before. They are so thin it is easy to get 2 in the handle.

I agree

Been there, done that. I wonder why they can't package them differently so they are separated somehow instead of all being stuck together. We pay dearly for them, surely they could make them more user friendly! :D

This was what my trouble was when I had the peeling slivers.

It happened to me. I thought I had a bad blade. Never saw so much dust/lint! Felt really silly when I discovered what I did LOL

Think how much more they'd cost if they were packaged individually! Have you bought any from Harbor Freight? Awesome value at 2 for $1.99.
