. . . if I were a 201 light bulb? Had to finish binding a double fleece quilt "in the dark" of 2, 50wt fluorescent ceiling bulbs. Had to put pins in the binding at just about every 1/2 inch. My arms look as though I tried to intervene in a cat fight. Then the light went out. I can "see" the unused bulb in a thin, faded, cardboard sleeve in a small parts cabinet. In which room? Which house? Which lifetime? 'Bout had it for today, think I'll chill - put myself on snow watch, test the new quilt, and hold down the sofa. These home-alone nights are usually my opportunities to sew, but I've been doing it all day. 'Night All, for some, for others, Mornin'.

Check the trash can. Then order a new one - the old one will surface as soon as you hit CONFIRM.

snow watch & holdin' down the sofa doesn't sound too bad--we've been in the 20's or below for at least a week...& i'm halfway to cabin fever...

to replace the bulb on my Janome is $26 (you have to buy the bulb/socket combo) so I got an old 3 head reading lamp from the attic and moved it beside the table my sewing machine is on. I can tilt the heads so the light shines exactly where i need it to.

Now keep a good grip on that couch so it doesn't toss you off!
