I really like them both too, so would have to ask where the quilt is intended to reside. #1 has a softer look, while #2 has a lot more contrast. With that said, I think I like #1 better.

I like the white. really make sthe colors pop!!! of course I LOVE the use of whites in quilts

#1 speaks to me more.

I like one the best, white is too white for me, off white I might like better. Doesn't show every spot like the white does.

I like #1 better, but as others have said they're both pretty. Looking forward to seeing the finished project.
