I like the yellow better.

I think the first one as it is warm and the batiks are warm too. However, sometimes going with the opposite which is the 2nd a cool white really makes things glow wonderfully. Be confident either will make a stunning quilt.

I think # 1 looks much richer and blends better.

Both pretty but that's such a beautiful shade in #1 that I would choose that one.

That's to funny I am making the same one for my husband. Just bought the jelly roll. I like the sec. One best. Goos luck can't wait to see the finished quilt top!

The first one definitely. The second is too harsh.

I like them both but think I would use the first one if it was my quilt. The 2nd choice makes the colors stand out more but I usually prefer black if I want to do that. The fabrics are all lovely. I love batiks.
