yea! finished my Christmas quilt today!!!-well still have to bind it-but
 

i did the embroideries on this quilt 3 years ago---finally got it out a month ago and decided i really wanted to get it together this year...and i managed to do it! finished quilting it about noon today *Christmas Eve* nothing like 'down to the wire'
still have to bind it but that's ok---we celebrate at my moms every year on New Years Day---i think i will give it to her :)
we shall see- anyway---so excited to finish another UFO---and one of the Christmas ones! now i only have one Christmas UFO quilt-it's 10 years old---but out- in site---maybe just maybe i will finish it up in 2012!

Very beautiful! Great job! At least you can enjoy it. Same thing happened to me when I finished a holiday quilt a few years ago. Got it done, but no time to do the binding. Put it on the bed anyway. Did the binding after New Years.
