Zodiac Quilt Idea
 

Martha Stewart had a crafter make zodiac blocks out of paper, but it sure looks like a quilt to me. The patterns are free on her website. Quilt & bead? I'm going to try it. Just one would make a great birthday gift. Hmm , my birthday is coming up!

Can u show us what it looks like when you are done? It sounds so interesting. I like things that are unique. I wish I had the website.

You could also use those small white shirt buttons too for the stars. That would really pop :)
One of the embroidery machine designs website has a design set for constellations. I got it for my oldest son but haven't used it yet.... I'll get around to it one of these days lol.

Have to say I saw a quilt too so had to download all the signs and the picture of the quilt.

How cool is that? I'm thinking embroidering the constellations with that new glow-in-the-dark embroidery thread!
