Purchasing a machine

I am thinking about buying the Janome 8050. If anyone has bought it or knows anything about it please let me know. I would like to hear the pros and cons about it. Thanks

I don't anything about this machine but have owned 4 Janomes and they've all been great machines.

I dont have that machine but i love all my janome. i have four of them.

I LOVE my Janome Horizon/7700 that I just bought in January. I've never done machine applique except for just trying the stitch in my instruction class. Yesterday I got brave...lol...and started machine appliquing my Sun Bonnet Sue wallhanging. Except for a few tiny mistakes...this is SO MUCH fun. I love this machine and can't wait to try some of the other MANY features. My old machine...an Elna...had some fancy stuff on it too but I never ventured beyond straight stitch and zigzag.
