I was given a new home treadle cabinet. It is a sliding chain cabinet, and is missing the skirt, drawers and machine. The treadle irons are intact, and I have the drawers on the top, and the top on the irons, but I have all of these left over parts that go to keeping the machine up, and drawing it up when I open the lid. I am sorry if I am not making sense, feel free to ask me to elaborate on it.
Thanks

Can you post a photo? That would help.

I have a newhome treadle with all the parts but mine is the coffin top. If you don't get any help on this thread try this website. I have join this and it is very interesting. I have not posted anything yet. But I will sooner or later. People with old or antique machines post asking questions like yours.

Sorry but the link I posted is the email for the board. This is the right one to get to the Home page.
ISMACS.net

This stands for INTERNATIONAL SEWING MACHINE COLLECTORS SOCIETY
Again I am sorry. The home page is where you have to go. You have to register. No cost.
