Default Puzzle Quilt

So, I'm getting ready to put this together and trying to avoid cutting out fusable interfacing for all of the little tabs. Can I use washable glue to hold the tabs in place while I get it all pieced? I've never used glue before. It washes out, right? I'm planning on using a zigzag on the ditch for each puzzle piece as the quilting to permanently hold it down. Seems like it would work... I wanted to run it by the experts first

I really like your puzzle. Is there a pattern?

Very cute! I like the fusible for applique pieces because it gives a little body to the edge for the stitching. Why not try glueing a tab onto waste background fabric, wait or iron the glue dry and then stitch the edge like you plan on doing for the top. It's better to find out on a sample before doing your top.

Just make sure you use washable school glue.

Very cute, A child will love it. Elmer's School Glue is perfect for this type of thing.
