It's nice to know that other people learn from the QB, too!
Thank you so much for your compliments! I think of all the things I learned on QB and used in this quilt, Elmer's School Glue for basting and cashier strips for piecing are the best. I think I am going to try and muster some currage and maybe, MAYBE show this quilt on my guild's next Show and Tell.
I've got a smile on my face, I've got four walls around me
The sun in the sky, the water surrounds me
I'll win now but sometimes I'll lose
I've been battered, but I'll never bruise
I love how you used those scraps. Your colors are so cheerful. Wonderful quilt!!
One thing I learned about guilds. The members will oohhh and ahhhh over any quilt! Your quilt is nice enough to show to anyone.
Got fabric?
love it great job
It's a great quilt and I am learning heaps here too.![]()
Everyday is a good day for Quilting!

Really like your quilt. And your observations are spot on![]()
I love your quilt and its colors and have been meaning to try the adding machine tape method but never quite knew what I would do with the strips. Your quilt shows me what to do in a really exciting and modern way. Thanks for posting!
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.
