i have purchased flannel batik's too...i would contact the seller's and ask if they are 100% cotton or not; there are rayon batiks that are very soft (almost like brushed cotton) but you need to know so you know how they are to be laundered. of was a couple of each toss in dryer and see how they come out. if they are rayon or some other fiber they will probably come out very wrinkled... but the seller should know what they are selling. there are lots of different 'weight' cotton batiks, and not all are created equal, could very well be it is cotton.
