After filling a bobbin, should one let it sit for a while and let the thread relax before using it? Usually fill 2-3 at a time, so it's a moot point for the 2nd and 3red bobbin, but what about the first one?

I never wait.. Never heard to wait :? Just fill and go
I've never waited either.
never heard of waiting before, don't, but do fill more than one at a time - a real time saver, not to mention MUCH more convenient
Bobbins are wound with tension so thread relaxing isn't a good thing. I started using Bobbin Genies in my metal bobbin case and it makes a difference. I have much fewer bobbin tangles or nests.
I've never waited, just fill and replace it and sew!!
Interesting...I fill and go too!
I haven't ever heard that. I just fill and go.
