anyone know the difference on DMC and Anchor Stranded Cotton

i saw a good offer and only 4.95 in shipping no matter what(atleast i think so; maybe someone can dobbel check for little me

They are made by different companies, but essentially similar. So if the price is right, go with that.

I've only used DMC embroidery thread (or what was provided in a kit), but they seem to be same thing. If the price is good, I'd go for it ! :D

Most of the time they are interchangeable. You will see both DMC and Anchor colors listed on the pattern. They are just different companies making same product.
