How do the patterns look ? Do they look like the applique patterns you download ? I don't have EQ5 or 6 , there is a pattern I want to download but can't . Annie

I'm can't help you since I don't know, but I'm bumping this for you so hopefully you will get an answer.

I do know that the templates for applique on EQ5 work out really well. Mine look similar to what I see and use in the patterns books.

There are several options to print...

you can print out a picture of the finished quilt, you can print each block seperately as a picture or an outline drawing, you can print foundation templates, or rotary cutting instructions. There might be more, but from memory they're the main ones.

Not sure if that answers your question.

Oh wait, there's a piecing option too, so it shows you which order to put your block together in.

It's a seriously cool software to have.

:-)
