I want to make some fleece slippers, but am wondering what others use for the soles, instead of fleece, to prevent slipping? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I don't remember what it's called but when I had little ones and made footed jammies I bought the non skid at Hancock Fabrics

You make them like the little foot socks they have at the hospitals. Use the fabric paint, but on the bottoms you can make them personalized with their names.

bakermom has the right idea. use the gripper material on the bottom, in addition to the fleece (for warmth).
