Thread: Question about the OBW

I have read the tutorials, but I still don't have it figured out, just how you put the blocks together. I can't find a particular picture or instructions for that step of the quilt. Sure hope someone can help me. I'm desperate. Thank you...

If you watch the tute again, it shows how you sew 3 of the 6 pieces of the octagon together and when you lay it out you actually sew all straight seams.

ok, I'll try it one more time....LOL guess I'm pretty dense tonight. I showed my friend who has the small quilt shop (by my house) today, how to cut and all the steps up to sewing 3 triangles together in each set. She was so excited, But I've got to be able to show her how to put all the blocks together. Thanks for your post...
