Here's a link showing one at Joann's. I have 3 different sizes and love them. It is great to make bias matching your project. I have also used with fabric cut on the straight of the grain, not just bias.
Look at your LQS also.

I have all of them in every size . I love them.... but I also have the regular Clover bias tape maker in every size as well an love them too.
I actually prefer the regular bias maker to the fusible... because if I am slightly off in cutting my fusible ( yes I am ..frugal and cut my own fusible to use with the maker you can purchase fusible in 1/4 width precut in the quilting notions isle at Jo Ann's) in the really narrow width maker it is a bit more forgiving if my cut of fusible is not perfect.
But I love them ..all.

I have seen the bias makers for the first time a couple of nights ago during an applique class at the LQS. We used it to prepare the bias strip we used for a flower stem (turn the edges under). I thought it was way cool, but again, I am new to the quilting world and easily fascinated:D
I think we were using the regular one though, not fusible.
