Default Question Please for QM and others (pattern)

Hi, I was doing a search for a 9 x 11 rag quilt pattern and came across the below picture posted by QM I believe. Is there a program that helps layout/create patterns? Thank you so much!!

there are several quilt design programs. Electric Quilt is the one I have. There's also Quilt Pro. There are others that I can't think of. Some folks just use their Microsoft Excel program to plan quilts.

EQ is what I use. It's easy to flip blocks, rotate, change color, for basic quilt design. And it is advanced enough for professional quilt designers to use.

I agree. I am still using an older program from EQ version 5. You can pick up a program used on Ebay. Just be careful to make sure you get both books because the ID for the program is in the EQ Getting Started book.

Here is a quilt I drew on EQ5 to do some changes because I didn't like how the original pattern was laid out.
