Default Edge Perfect Blade

Does anyone know where I can find a blade that fits on a rotary cutter that cuts little slits on fleece so you can blanket stitch evenly? I borrowed my sister's and she got it from Nancy's Notions for 14.99 and it's called the Edge Perfect Blade. It's still in her catalog but I don't want to pay all that shipping for one item. I've tried JoAnns and searched online. Olfa doesn't seem to make a blade like this. Every time I ask in a store, they show me the serrated blade. That cuts the slits too close together. I tried buying the singer blade that looks like the one at Nancy's but that blade is horribly dull and won't cut through anything.
