Plz give me ideas for some "quick" nice charity quilts! This organization helps people pay for their meed &pay things like heat bills etc. I donate to their "raffle"each year beck this breaks my heart. When you are sick someone should care!

A nine patch block is quick to make if you make it a larger size block. A nice lap quilt can be made with 12 fat-quarters and the Yellow Brick Road pattern. That's pretty fast too.

Find some nice panels and use stash material to add the borders to make it larger. Quick and simple but loved.

Warm Wishes, Wickedly Easy, and Disappearing Nine Patch are three that popped into my mind when I read this all are easy and the pattern is readily available on the internet. Good luck with what ever project you decide on.

Give www.maryquilts.com a try. Her Quicky strippie is my favorite for a quick kids quilt. You could even turn it and do the strips length wise to get a longer quilt. Her patterns are free.
