Thread: Quilt Batting - Great Customer Service

    When I bought a Fairfield brand 80/20 batting and laid it out, there was a huge area that was so thin you could see through it. I emailed the company, with photo. I was thrilled to get an email just a couple of hours later. They will replace the batting plus send me their Quilt Care Liquid Wash. How about that!
