Quilt in a Day birthday sale is on

Thanks Rose Marie!!!! I bought 14 yards. I bought one yard from her recently and when I washed it, it is the only piece I have ever bought that did not ravel. Couldn't believe it. Was very impressed. She does charge a lot for shipping, but I had it shipped UPS ground and it cut $7.00 off the shipping price.

I like that they email you to tell you what day your order will be delivered.
I get mine tomarrow.
I have made several quilts with El Burns patterns and they always turn out nice. Her instructions are so detailed and easy to do. I admit to having over 10 of her books. Im getting ready to start a jewel box quilt for my daughter next.

I have her Flying Geese and Triangle in a Square ruler sets - they rock! Her method of making star points is awesome.
There are 3 pdf files on the HGTV site from her Egg Money Quilts book; a great way to see how the instructions are in the books:

Thats one of the books I have. She is so amazing.
Do you know how she makes 8 - 2 1/2 in triangle sqs? Cut out two 6 inch sqs, lay facing each other then draw an X from corner to corner. Sew 1/4 in from each side of lines. Dont cut drawn lines yet. Cut the sqs in half at the 3 in mark both ways. Looks like this + then cut on drawn lines.
You will have 8 half sqs that just need to be sliver cut to square up.
She has so many quik and easy ways to do perfect piecework.

I dont know about out of country orders. She gives a choice of several methods of shipping but not until you are in the process of ordering already. Maybe you could order something and if it isnt right just cancel the order.
