i DID CALL "QUILT IN A DAY' ABOUT NOT RECIEVING THE PATTERN THAT WAS ORDERED AND THAN WENT ON SALE AGAIN. i WAS TREATED VERY WELL. SHE STATED THat ANYONE WHO DIDN'T RECEIVE THEIR ORDER SHOULD CALL AND IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. I have a feeling that she was expecting my phone call. I did post on this site that I was going to call today. I have to admit that the person I spoke to was very kind,helpful and pleasant. I will do business with them again if this is how they handle problems.
