Do any of you belong to a guild that has a member directory? I'd like to put one together for my guild with one page or 1/2 page per member with picture and brief bio. I'd like to see/hear what other guilds have done. Thanking you in advance.

we just have a spreadsheet with name/address/phone/email. we have over 100 members

We have a directory that has a picture of each member, their email, address, phone number, etc., and the answer to this question. "I'm good at...." The answer is a quilting skill they are willing to share or teach to someone who needs help. Most are too modest to list all the things they are good at, but most still came up with at least one thing. (Mine, for example, is SID. I am good at doing that. No one has ever asked for help though. Maybe if I had put something like binding or borders....?) We have about 70 member, though not all are active. The pictures really help. The by-laws are also in the front of our directory, as well as officers, newsletter info, etc.

Ours is a spread sheet with photo (mine looks like a mug shot LOL), name, address, phone number, e-mail, any office you hold this year and any committees you are on. The last one is very helpful if you need information and can not remember who to contact. We are 250 strong.
We put out a directory annually, but there are no pictures. However, we include other information, such as the programs planned for the year, officers, committee chairpersons, mission statement, meeting place address, history of our guild, a list of the service groups and bees with contact person's name and phone, and other pertinent information. It is actually and combination handbook and membership directory.
Our directory has the Guild's by laws, meeting dates, and each persons address, phone numbers and emails. It comes out the first of the year. The only thing I would change is to have it come out the middle of the year.
We have a bio of each member with special interests, favorite song, name,address, phone number, email address and a picture. This is printed on an 8 1/2 X11 sheet and each member has a folder of all. We are a small group of about 35 hand quilters. The group is about to celebrate its 40th anniversary. The lady that started it is still a regular attendee. The directory has rules for bringing your quilt and bylaws. Also a brief story about the beginning of the group and snapshots of interest. We think we are the best group in America!

Yes. Our directory has a picture with each person's name & contact info. It's given to each new member and regularly updated by the VP of membership.
My old guild had a listing of members, but you had to sign a release form or the guild can't allow other members to view it! Weird I know... but privacy laws, etc.
