A friend of mine made this quilt at one of our QuiltGuy Retreats. It is made from shirts he saved. He gave me permission to post it here as occasionally there are questions about using shirts in quilts. He is Paul Leger from Ottawa Canada

Thank you for posting the picture. Now I know what to do with all those short sleeved shirts my husband no longer wears. I have given away many, but will now use them to make some lap quilts for the nursing home.

Love it! I grab the shirts that my DH doesn't want anymore, and I'm saving them to make something like this some day.

Great job! I love to look at quilts made from recycled clothing, they always turn out so interesting. Yours is very colorful.
