I think if you read the caption on the quilt, the name of the quilt is "Chateau" followed by the dimensions of the quilt, not "Chateau Dimensions". Looks like it was designed for a timeless treasures fabric line of the same name. I couldn't find the pattern, but the designer, Toby Lischko has a website. Her contact info is at the bottom of this page:

I Google the fabric and it is probably NOT a free pattern that fabric manufacturers sometime have on their site. All the photos listed were referred by Pinterest. I would do what PaperPrincess suggested and see if contacting her you can obtain the pattern.

I googled Chateau quilt pattern and it is on the Fat Quarter free patterns page. You can down load it for nuttin honey~ It is beautiful! Don't know about where to find the fabric. Maybe fat quarter shop also. Good luck!
