    quilt pic

    Recently I saw a quilt with Oprah, Jackie Kennedy and others. When the camera moved you could see a different person from each direction. I would like to see the pic again and don't know where to find the pic.

    This quilt was amazing! I saw it at the Lancaster show. On one of the sites mentioned above, there is a link to her website and on the back of another picture, it tells how she does it, including the frame. Not something I'd ever have the patience to do but very interesting.

    Quick answer-you cut three photos into narrow but equal strips, sew them together alternating the strips (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3 etc). After they are all sewn into one long strip, begin to make seams by leaving all the number ones and sewing the number twos to the back of the number three strips, creating pleats, repeat across the sewn strip. Not sure how to sew the top and bottom of the strip so that all three pictures are visible though, I guess you will have to by her pattern..... ��
