I had to laugh this morning watching "Handy Manny" On Disney this morning Manny had to help his neighbor fix his sewing machine. It was a vintage singer! It had the beautiful desing and the metal plate on the head of it you could tell it was a treadle fitted with a electric motor.. I am jealous of a cartoon is that right?? The silly man had a singer and I don't I really do not think that is fair. He could have any sewing machine he wanted and yet he choose the Vintage. That should go to say something about the old machines even cartoons want them!!

I didn't have a singer for a long time and I always wanted a treadle. Now, thanks to my DH, I have several. He is restoring them for me. Can't wait till he is done. You will get one some day.
